West MacDonnell Gap
Here is another gap in the ranges just outside of Alice Springs. The ghost gums through the outback are quite commanding as they have stood the test of time. The road in this painting was originally bitumen but with a strong urge to retain the natural feel, I again have used the sand collected from this area to connect tangibly to this painted landscape.
