Who’s Johnny V ?
in brief … I am South Australian born and raised, and currently live in Adelaide.
I have always had a passion for art and this website is the result of where that journey has taken me. As with most artists, I am still a work in progress.
I have an interwoven love of other creative interests such as music, singing, photography to name just a few. I have pursued these over the years, but there is nothing that I love more than to get out in nature with my camera and try to capture forever a particular moment of this awesome country that God has created. The challenge then is to interpret that through my eyes on to canvas.
It is a privilege to live in Australia and an indulgence as an artist to have all this natural diversity on my door step.
It is nature that inspires me because of God who created it; from the barren beauty of the Outback to the majestic splendour of the Tasmanian wilderness with it's waterfalls & ferns. Or to the peace and serenity of a place that is a second home to me: The Murray River.
